Healthy Grilled Chicken Burrito Recipe

Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 burrito-sized flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup cooked black beans
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- 2 tablespoons guacamole
- 2 tablespoons sour cream

Instructions

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and season with chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, and olive oil. Rub the seasonings into the chicken and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
2. Grill the chicken for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through. Let the chicken rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
3. Place the tortillas on a work surface. Divide the cooked rice, black beans, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream among the tortillas. Top each tortilla with the sliced chicken.
4. Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll from the bottom up. Serve the burritos immediately.
